Tabocky is a multiplayer table game you play in a web browser. We built it to collect as little as possible: there are no accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and nothing is ever sold to anyone.
What we collect
To make the game work, we process: a random device key created in your browser (it identifies your game profile — it is not your name, email, or phone number); the display name shown at your table; your gameplay record (coins earned, items owned and equipped, wins, games, purchase history in game coins); and technical logs, including IP addresses, used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the game running. Game content is delivered from our own servers — this site makes no third-party requests.
Children
When you first play, we ask your birth month and year once, neutrally, and the answer stays on your device. For players under 13:
• the game assigns a fun generated table name (like "CometFox42") instead of free-text names — you can reroll it anytime;
• we do not store IP addresses on their game profile or activity records;
• their device key is used only to run the game — never for advertising, profiling, or sharing with anyone;
• there is no chat in Tabocky, and coins are earned by playing (no money can be spent at a licensed restaurant table).
How long we keep things
Game profiles that haven't been used for 24 months are automatically deleted. Security logs rotate on a much shorter cycle. If you'd like your profile deleted sooner, contact us with your Player ID (shown in "My profile") and we'll remove it.
What we never do
We don't sell or share personal information. We don't run behavioral advertising. We don't use third-party ad or analytics SDKs. Sponsored content in the game (like a branded ball) is the same for everyone who sees it — it is never targeted using your data.
Restaurants and local content
Some content can be exclusive to a restaurant. If location-based unlocking is ever enabled, the game will ask for your location only when you tap the unlock button, check it once, and immediately discard it — your location is never stored or logged.
