The deal

Tabocky is a game for playing with the people at your table. It's provided as-is, free to play, and we work hard to keep it fun and fair for everyone.

Play fair

Don't cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, attack or overload the service, harass other players, or use offensive table names. We can suspend or reset accounts that break these rules — game integrity comes first.

Tabo Coins and items

Coins are earned by playing and exist only inside Tabocky. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for anything outside the game, and may be adjusted if acquired through bugs or abuse. Cosmetic items you unlock stay on your game profile subject to these terms.

Your profile

Your game profile lives on your device and our servers (see the Privacy Policy). Clearing your browser storage can disconnect you from your profile — keep your Player ID handy if you care about your collection.

Restaurant editions

Some content is exclusive to partner locations or domains. Partner branding belongs to those partners; the Tabocky name, game, and artwork belong to Gigahertz Company. Don't copy, resell, or misrepresent either.

The legal bits

The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us to play Tabocky (which is zero). These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; continued play means you accept the current version.
